Because there are many disadvantages in the traditional air conditioning system and device during the dehumidification process, while the liquid desiccant can improve shortcomings of traditional air conditioning dehumidification, therefore, the study of it has profound theoretical significance and practical value. Dehumidifier is the most core components, the whole performance of dehumidification system depends largely on the performance of the dehumidifier, this topic carried out the research about dehumidification performance of the dehumidifier, providing the reference optimization design and operation parameters of the dehumidifier.This paper studied comprehensive analysis of the surface vapor pressure, corrosion resistance and economy, etc, with LiCl solution as liquid desiccant, using the celdek wet curtain paper as filler, determining the flow ways of air and liquid and the structure of the counter flow, packing type LiCl solution adiabatic dehumidifier.According to the law of conservation of energy and mass, heat and mass transfer differential equation, this paper established the physical model and mathematical model of LiCl solution adiabatic countercurrent dehumidifier, using the discrete equations to deduce and solve; Introducing concept of entransy, entransy dissipation and thermal resistance into analyzing the process of solution dehumidification mass transfer, first referring the concept of moisture resistance to measure moisture transfer irreversibility in the process of liquid desiccant and together with the dehumidification efficiency and volumetric mass transfer coefficient as the liquid desiccant performance evaluation index, the simulation results show that the concentration, temperature and mass flow rate of imported desiccant liquid and the mass flow of air had a greater influence on the performance of the dehumidifier, and the changes of air moisture content and air temperature has little effect on the performance of dehumidification,with the increase of volumetric mass transfer coefficient, dehumidification efficiency increases gradually, while moisture resistance decreases, the performance of dehumidification is better, otherwise the moisture resistance is bigger, the dehumidifying performance is worse, verified the moisture resistance reflecting the nature of the liquid desiccant system irreversibility.By the actual structuring of LiCl adiabatic countercurrent liquid desiccant experimental system, LiCl adiabatic countercurrent liquid desiccant dehumidification performance had been carried on the detailed analysis and experimental research, and on the basis of comparing simulation data and experimental data, verify the data change trend of simulation model; Using multiple linear regression model for processing experimental data, the experimental correlation formulas of performance evaluation index had been established suitable for LiCl adiabatic countercurrent liquid desiccant system, these experimental correlation formulas can accurately calculate and predict the performance of the dehumidifier, providing the basis for simulating dehumidification performance under different working conditions, and also provide certain reference data for the design and optimization of the dehumidifier.
