The Structure And Movement Performance Analysis For Trifle-off Butterfly Valve Based On Valve Imitation System

The simulation system of valve's experiment is a simulation experiment, which simulates practical working condition of valve by computer before it is produced. It can appraise production's performance elementatily and modify the vice of design process to ensure the validity of all procedures after design.The paper mainly analyzes the structure and movement performance of trifle-off butterfly valve in valve simulation system, approximately including the following parts: structure analysis,parametrization modeling and interference analysis. In this paper,the trifle-off butterfly valve model structure reflects structure analysis of model, establishment of parametrization model,program analysis,connection and application of database,finite element analysis and interference performance evaluation and so on, which are refered to valve simulation system.It not only reflects the theme of structure and movement performance analysis for trifle-off butterfly valve prominently but also embodies the characteristics of basing on the valve simulation system.Knowing its structure principle is very important for designing,analyzing and computing any type valve. The trifle-off butterfly valve has its unique characteristic.Through analyzing the evolving process of The trifle-off butterfly valve,the structure characteristics of trifle-off butterfly valve and the section equations about butterfly plank sealed surface are acquired, which lays the foundation for subsequent analysis.The three-dimensional design and finite element analysis are based on the establishment of trifle-off butterfly valve model, modeling parametrization is the main means of realizing seriation and standardization of products. The establishment and parametrization analysis of the model are implemented by the software "Workbench". Connected through database and program,it can realize drivable function.The paper mainly analyzes the interference performance in movement analysis of trifle-off butterfly valve. It is an important step in theperformance evaluation of trifle-off butterfly valve . Beginning with the movement track of the trifle-off butterfly valve, mainly analyze movement interference problem of the trifle-off butterfly valve, makes some interference checking programs. At last giving some alternative schemes about some parameters nearly related to interference.
