With the application of triple eccentric butterfly valve in the industrial field more and more,and the performance requirements of triple eccentric butterfly valve are get ting higher and higher.Sichuan green fluid control equipment co.,LTD.Cooperates wit h the school of mechanical engineering of xihua university according to its own devel opment and product upgrading needs.Therefore,the topic of sichuan green fluid contro l equipment co.,LTD.Three eccentric butterfly valve products as the research backgro und.At present,the research on triple eccentric butterfly valve mainly focuses on the d esign of processing tools and technology,the analysis and optimization of structural m echanical properties,the interference problem and the program research,and the intelli gent design of triple eccentric butterfly valve is little.This topic combined with the co mpany's products for the three eccentric butterfly valve intelligent research,the develo pment of three eccentric butterfly valve intelligent design system.The main work of thi s research is as follows:(1)The calculation process of main structural parameters of three-eccentric butte rfly valve and the determination of corresponding mathematical model are analyzed in detail.In order to achieve the purpose of the three eccentric butterfly valve structure f rom different angles to analyze the relationship between the parameters and the value range.Using MATLAB R2014 b version of the software,the program was prepared to o btain the relationship between the eccentric Angle of the three-eccentric butterfly valve and the parameters A0(plate large end ellipse long half axis),(cone half Angle),a(axial eccentricity),b(thickness of sealing surface).(2)In view of the shortcomings of the traditional point detection method,this pa per proposes a method of analyzing the whole motion of the disc to judge whether th e disc interferences.The method detects the disc interference by analyzing and compari ng the position relationship between the whole motion path of the disc and the traject ory of the cross-sectional seating surface of the disc at any point and perpendicular to the center of rotation.Using Visual Studio 2012 to develop interference detection soft ware can help reduce the workload of designers on product interference detection.(3)In this paper,the calculation process and mathematical model of the center cl osing moment of the three-eccentric butterfly disc are derived in detail,and the calcul ation and verification are carried out by MATLAB R2014 b software,and the program is written to obtain the change relationship between the closing moment M and the a xial eccentricity a,the thickness of the sealing surface b,the radial eccentricity e,and the Angle of the cone.It is of great significance to know the change relation of the resultant torque for the static analysis of the three-eccentric butterfly valve with ANS YS in the later period,and to help the company optimize the product structure.(4)Aiming at the problems of long product design cycle and inconvenience in pr oduct secondary development,the intelligent design system of three-eccentric butterfly valve is proposed.Build an intelligent design platform for three-eccentric butterfly valve,and develop an intelligent design system for three-eccentric butterfly valve using Visu al Studio 2012 software.Use the company's existing product data to conduct experimen ts on the experimental platform.The results show that the three-eccentric butterfly valv e intelligent design system conforms to the design requirements of the company,whic h is beneficial to the company's secondary development of the three-eccentric butterfly valve or convenient for the company's designers to modify the existing product para meters.This will help the company to shorten the product design cycle,improve the c ompany's production efficiency.
