mathematic models of planetary transmission clutch CAD design system are discussed, establishing of mathematic model about kinematics analysis and dynamics analysis of the planetary transmission and establishing of mathematic model about clutch or brake optimization design are researched mainly,two-dimension temperature field of clutch friction pieces is analyzed 。First of all, the thesis figures out the expression methods with computer of the structure of planetary shift clutch,and then, discuss calculator arithmetic of using independent component to express independent component , and establish kinetic differential equation of the arbitrary component of planetary transmission by Lagrange Energy Equation lastly。By these processes, a usual modeling way is established for any planetary transmission。Following is the differential equation group: Many influencing factors should be considered during shift clutch design, it is difficult for normal design way to solve main problem satisfactorily and care about any requirements also。using life is usually the key seeking purpose for designer, friction piece is the most easy disabled component of shift clutch,the reason causing friction piece disabled are followings: the temperature of friction piece is too high causing friction surface sintered;heat stress distortion caused by radial temperature uneven distributing on friction piece warps friction piece,and then clutch can't be separated thoroughly。...
