| With the continuous development of science and technology and social economy, the automobile has become an indispensable part of people’s lives. In the meantime, requirements of people for a good performance of the automobile transmission are also increasing. Dual clutch transmission (DCT) represents one of the most advanced transmission technology, which conforms to the development trend of the future transmission and the national environmental protection for energy conservation and low emissions regulations of passenger cars. So it is very suitable for the current situation of our country and has a broad space and prospect for development.The shift schedule and control strategy are the key technologies of the dual clutch transmission, which is the basis of the shift of the automobile, and has a close relationship with the power and fuel economy of the vehicle. Based on the research and development of the automobile automatic transmission technology research and product system designation which was funded by the basic scientific research business of the Central University, the research of this paper was carried out in the following a few aspects:(1)Types and working principle of the automatic transmission was briefly introduced, and states on the research of DCT in the domestic and overseas was summarized. In addition,contents of research in this paper was confined;(2)The structure and working principle of the parallel planetary gear train DCT was briefly introduced. And its electro-hydraulic servo system couple with the working principle of the TCU was introduced individually;(3)The basic shift schedule was obtained by theoretical calculation and analysis,based on which, the comprehensive shifting schedule of power and economy are concluded. The vehicle model of the target vehicle was established by using Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow,based on which, the accuracy of the basic gear shifting rules and the comprehensive shift schedule was verified;(4)Identifing methods which based on the driving intention of the driver and conditions of the road was provided by appling the fuzzy control theory. And its feasibility was validated by establishing the model;(5)By setting up the test bench, to verify the accuracy and reliability of the formulated shift schedule. |
