In this paper the types and performance characteristics of commonly used highperformance water reducer ,the research and application actualities of high performance water reducer both in and outside China were introduced in detail. Based on the action mechanisms of water reducer, their synthesizing methods and development brands were also discussed.It is the research of the high-performance water-reducing agent that this text engaged in the new-type rosin sour, the main conclusion is as follows:(1) A new class of concrete high performance water reducer was designed from chemical classification of high performance water reducer,working principle and unit structure model of poly-carboxylate series water reducer.The strrctuer of high performance water reducer was "carboxylic group.ether link.ester link" .The synthetic chemical materials was rosin,maleic anhydride and polyethylene glycol.(2) Rosin has been taken as the first monomer,three synthetic ways have been selected respectively.Study was focused on preparation technology of the high performance water reducer with rosin ,maleic anhydride ,polyethylene glycil as the main raw material while study was also carried out for influencing factors of reactants proportion, reaction time, etc. The product was characterized and dnalyzed by FT-IR. the best prescription & technology condition has been determined.(3)The experimental results showed that the hither reaction time, temperature and the Moore ratio of Sodium bisulfate to Melamine in the suffocated stage are important factors influencing on the performance of water-reducer in the synthesizing processing. In concrete performance test :In 1.0% person who mix condition have reducing water function good,RA9 department water-reducing effect ranked to reach best ,whether RA14 series reduce swimming skill can between two parties ;Mixing the increase of quantity with the water-reducing agent, the water-reducing rate is raising constantly ,the mixing amount is from 0.7% to 1.5%,RA91 corresponding water-reducing rate is from 23.0% increases to 30.0%,RA141 is from 18.6% increase to 26.4%;The mixing amountof RA9 series water-reducing agent exceeds 0.6%,a intensity is improved a lot than the empty one concrete every age .This water-reducing agent is used in the flow state concrete to well glue the gathering occasionally, does not secrete water ,emanate; Issues of intensity than having improvement by a large margin empty ,resist pressure book degree than greater than 130% one day one age, and the early intensity of concrete increases relatively very fast ,can reach 80% to 90% of the intensity for 28 days in 7 days. The result of the test of RA9 series concrete is comparatively ideal, and it is comparatively simply to formate the technological process. It is with low costs to form ate raw materials.
