By BP Neural Network and Gray Theory, we may establish a model that is used to predict price of bidding. The methods make construction enterprises avoid decide subjectively strategies of bidding.The method is simple and scientific, and it effectively provides strategies of bidding's base of theory. It has very realistic importance to improve construction enterprise's management.
