Steam turbine is one of key technical facilities which has more relationship with national welfare and the peoples livelihood. It's a quite complex and precise system, installation quality is one of key factor that limits the operation condition and working life. During installation, the pressure of each support should be adjusted to required technical specification. Otherwise, un-balanced distribution will break the base of steam turbine.Distributing pressure monitoring & measuring system is the orientation of this research. This system is on-site intelligent facility which applied to accurate measuring the pressures of each support.The whole system includes two parts -host computer and slave computer system. The slave system adopted newest enhanced 51 MCU as CPU, can performs measure pressure, LCD display, printing data and simple data processing separately without host computer. The host computer's software is programmed by C++ Builder ,performs pressure on-site monitoring, chart analysis, data storage and printing. In order to further improve including system upgrading and adjusting measurement accuracy, the system can be remote upgraded.Considering program leakage and system maybe broken down during remote upgrading via ISP technology of MCU, some opinions and proposals have been proposed. Meanwhile, some improvement suggestions have been raised for the disadvantage of weighting sensor.
