Research Of The YC6112ZLG Diesel Applicated On The ZL50 Loader

With the continued development of economy and the policy of "west region development "was carried out in our country, the construction machinery will face extensive and best development opportunity, but the challenge will become more serious accordingly. As one kind of construction machinery, loading machine is booming up recently. Till to late 1990s, the loading machine not only increases on output, production value, and variety, but also on amount of corporations and productive scale. So the loading machine becomes one of the construction machinery that own the quickest develop speed and has the call of requirement. The loading machine is one of the construction machinery that can be used in extensive fields. It can be used to shovel, carry, uninstall, and level the scattered cargos. And also can be used to shovel the rock and rigid ground on slightly extensive. So it is widely used in projects of construction, highway, railway, water & electricity, port, mine, and national defense. It plays an important role in quicken the speed of the project, alleviate the intensity of the labor, improve the quality of the project and reduce the cost of the project. At present, the construction machinery is developed towards the good performance, higher reliability, various kinds, good flexibility and lower emission. The charger and intercooler engine, which owns lower engine volume, lower emission, and good fuel economy, is the developing direction of the construction machinery. In order to abide by the development trend, we have developed the 6112ZLG diesel. The article made some optimized adjusts to the 6112ZLG diesel based on the requirements of ZL50 loading machine. The feasibility of small volume engine applied to loading machine after theory analysis and experimental validation and some conclusions were arrived. The article first introduces the requirements of small volume engine that is matched to the loading machine. Then the matching condition of the 6112ZLG engine to the torque converter wasanalyzed and the effect of different working conditions on power requirement was discussed. The matching condition of the engine cooling system and the air filter matched to the machine is calculated and analyzed. At last, aiming at the special working condition of the loading machine, the cold start performance of the engine was improved by adjusting the combustion system, start system, and attach pre-heat instrument.
