As the non-road mobile machinery diesel engine upgrade T3(non-road mobile machinery diesel engine exhaust emission limits Stage III) requirements, Loader energy saving, environmental protection, efficiency increasingly demanding. Master loader power matching technology is vital for loaders and loader with engine development.This paper has developed a standard T3 7.8L displacement of advanced high pressure common rail engine, and numerical simulation analysis and experimental verification method of combining the study of the Diesel match, the paper's main work and innovation points are as follows:(1) According to the characteristics of the loader with the engine, the prototype YC6112 from turbocharged models, through the fuel system upgrades, electronically controlled study fine calibration, performance and other aspects of new development and improvements to transform it into emissions standards, excellent performance 6G-T3 models, became the first electronically controlled common rail T3 standards of professional power loader.(2) Based on AVL CRUISE software developed with pertinence loader po wer matching model, is used to match after computing and data processing of loader transmission system. With the model of 6G-T3 matching model ZL50 loader vehicle performance and fuel economy of diesel engine are analyzed in the simulation, the results show that: vehicle performance indicators of compliance, better engine response follow, 6G-T3 diesel and ZL50 type loader has a good match.(3) Loader vehicle comprehensive performance test rig was designed and developed, including the maximum traction test r ig and the shovel loading test bench. The bench groundbreaking traction can lift door frame system, both are different species, different height of the vehicle test requirements; shovel test bench innovative design "U" shaped retaining wall and test distan ce sensors reminder. Using the test station for 6G-T3 diesel engine equipped with the maximum traction loaders, as well as three and operational efficiency, fuel consumption and other test work.The results show that: 6G-T3 electronically controlled Common Rail System Match ZL50 type loader vehicle has been greatly improved response, actual operating cycle fuel consumption has also been a substantial decline.
