The all-around test-bed of coach-bus chassis is important equipment of some subject researches. These researches include vehicle dynamics research, vehicle security research, high-speed vehicle technique research, vehicle reliability research and electric vehicle research, etc. this equipment can accomplish the researches of some new techniques and new materials such as the mostly performance test of main assembly parts of vehicle drive and brake system, electric vehicle drive and brake techniques. It also can accomplish the research of storage battery test. Similar test-bed is rare overseas, and is blank domestic. Only some corporations exploited some abbreviated test-beds and equipments basing on their own needs. So, it is necessary to make an in-depth research of the test-bed of coach-bus chassis.This paper researches the technique of the test-bed's test object firstly. Establishes a math model based on distribution scheme next, and analyzes mechanism transmission dynamic character of this test-bed. Through this steps, proves that this system is controllable and stably and that this design and exploitation of the test-bed is feasible, Then provides an ideal damp ratio. Based on this, discusses whether the load system match the inertia flywheel of main mechanism parts of the test-bed, and produces the flywheel load system, then designs retarder test module and brake test module. After that, discusses how to deal with the error to instruct the data precision of every sensor, signal modulation circuit (preamplifier), data acquisition card and signal processing. At the same time, analyzes the scheme of testing and controlling system hardware of the test-bed and provides a hardware implementation scheme, then exploits data acquisition software system of coach-bus chassis synthesis test-bed, introduces data to measure during brake test and some sensors' installation position. At last this paper researches how to choose program algorithm, and exploits data processing software of coach-bus chassis synthesis test-bed based on LabVIEW7. 0. By processing analog signals, the paper proves that the result is satisfaction.
