Hydraulic Computer Aided Test system is used to test the property of hydraulic components such as hydraulic valve, hydraulic cylinder and so on. In the field of hydraulic Computer Aided Test, the importance of developing its software is outstanding. From lots of documents, it is known that nowadays such kinds of softwares' function are mostly focused on the part of testing, but the part of controlling is excluded. How to fulfill the control function by program and furtherly realize the integration of test and control in the software is a subject deserved research.As the design theory of auto-test system software, Virtual Instrument technology emphasizes "software is instrument". However, presently the research and application of Virtual Instrument technology is in initial phase, and the applying range in hydraulic CAT system is limited in test part. In allusion to this instance, this dissertation brings forward the technology of Virtual Integration. The technology of Virtual Integration means realizing the direct control between computer and hydraulic system through computer interface,and applying the virtual instrument technology not only to the test part of the system, but also to the control part of the system. So that most hardware of the control platform can be replaced by software, and the integration of testing and controlling can be achieved. The purpose of Virtual Integration technology is to simplify the construct of hydraulic Computer Aided Test system to the most extent, and to make the best of the existing computer software and hardware resource, and to realize its central control management.AGC hydraulic cylinder test-control system is a hydraulic Computer Aided Test system which is used to test the properties of AGC hydraulic cylinder. With the software of AGC hydraulic cylinder test-control system as research object, this dissertation expounds how to exert the Virtual Integration technology to it so as to achieve the virtualization and integration of testing platform and controlling platform. At the same time, the author furtherly explicates the application of this technology to Distribute Control System and Fieldbus Control System, and discusses its role of forming long-distance network testing and controlling of hydraulic Computer Aided Test.IIThe design of AGC hydraulic cylinder test-control software can mainly be divided into two steps: one is the realization of virtual control platform and the other is the realization of virtual test platform. In the course of the virtual control platform research, the author utilizes computer interface technology, communication technology and visual programming to realize the direct control between computer and PLC, and the accomplishment of virtual control pad design. In the course of the virtual test platform research, the author specifies the theory, method, mathematic model, work-time consuming, etc., and gives the program codes of dynamic frequency scanning and interrupt test.In addition, this dissertation goes further into the research of Dynamic Link Libraries, and adopts it in solving the problems of the secondary-exploring of data acquisition card's driver program and the call-back of graphic resource. In the end of the article, the author discusses the method and technology of imporing the reliability of the software.
