At first, this thesis analyze the present condition of the big and medium sized water-turbine pump stations in Hunan province, combining to introduce the advantages that water-turbine pump station stands. By means of analyzing the key problems in water-turbine pump stations of Hunan province, the aging assessment of pump stations and its mathematics model are put forward. On the basis of the establishment of aging evaluation mathematics model, we can make a better understanding of every part of a pump station. The result will reflect true circumstance of aging.In the comparison of the technique reform projects for water-turbine pump stations, the thesis uses the fuzzy optimum selecting theory. In the evaluation of each projects, we put the qualitative factors and quantitative factors together to synthesize the consideration, looking for the superior solution of the target, and make sure the best project from here.Finally, in the aspects of economy evaluation, according to the concerning provisions form "Regulation for economic evaluation of water conservancy construction projects" SL 72—94, shadow price is used. According to main index sign of national economy evaluation, including EIRR, ENPV, EBCR, the national economy evaluation is proceeded to the projects. At the same time, the economic performance of the projects and the social performance are analyzed.
