In recent years,with the development of the economy and the increase of urban population,the discharge of urban domestic sewage and industrial wastewater has risen sharply.Due to climate change,short-term heavy rainfall frequently occurs in the flood season.The burden for urban drainage system has been far over its design standards.In addition,the drainage pumping station is seriously aged and the operating efficiency is reduced.A large area of flood water appears in some cities during the flood season,seriously affect the normal work and life of urban residents.Renewal and renovation of the drainage pumping station project and increase the capacity of the drainage system are urgent need to ensure the safety of the city.Update and rebuild pump stations is a costly and long-term municipal project that requires scientific planning and decision-making.The traditional method of aging assessment based on experience judgment has many weak points,such as subjective factors,strong experience,low efficiency,and can not quantitatively evaluate the aging degree of the pump station,The traditional method can no longer meet the needs of modern urban construction and management.This paper aims at the problems in the operational safety and management of urban drainage systems,studies the effective methods for assessing the aging of urban drainage pumping stations,design and build an assessment index system and assessment model for the aging of pump stations,and develops an aging assessment system for urban drainage pumping stations,and assessing the aging degree of drainage pumping stations in Kunming.The main work of the dissertation includes:(1)Analyze and study Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.(2)Improve and perfect the aging evaluation index system according to the characteristics and requirements of the drainage pumping station,Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.(3)Using Web technology,HTML5,JavaScript and PHP language,based on Apache server and Mysql database,design and develop an urban drainage pumpingstation aging assessment system.The system has design drainage pumping station aging evaluation index system,build evaluation model construction,manage judgment matrix,manage pump station information,calculate index weight,assessment index consistency inspection,manage expert score sheet,evaluate pump station,data import and export functions.(4)Collect and process the basic data of 94 drainage pumping stations in Kunming.Using the drainage pump station aging assessment system,evaluate the aging degree of20 drainage pump stations in Kunming.(5)Drainage pump station aging assessment model and evaluation system has been used by Kunming municipal construction and management department.Achieved the scientific,informative and refined assessment of the aging of drainage pumping stations.Provide decision support for the update and renovation of drainage pumping stations in Kunming.
