Based on the program of MARC, the paper use FEM of pLane strain to research the deformation character(vertical displacement of soil) of soil in the ambieht of pile when driving the prestressed concrete pipe pile by static pressure, The research works elect the elastic-plastic constitutive model, which is based on the Mohr -Coulomb yield criterion, in the light of the deformation of soil ((vertical displacement of soil), analysis the best collocation of depth and diameter of the stress relaxation hole .and analysis the effect of the parameters of the constitutive model on .In the use of MARC, the simulation of the relative slide between the pile and soil is realized by the definition of contact body, and the author also employ the method of stepping pile driving to make the simulation more close to the engineering practice .In addition, the paper analysis a engineering example which refer to pile driving of shaoxing mashan electricity workshop. The results of the calculation and the field are in good agreement, which shows that the analysis model is good.
