The paper set up the calculating model of the support structure stress according to the character of excavation engineering through the MARC program. Based on the model, the author analyze the concrete engineering in which the support project was changed several times, and discuss the rational and scientific engineering treatment. In the meantime, the author also calculate the same engineering through the LLZHENG program and analyze the result difference preliminarily. Finally, the stress of the support structure is computed according to the result of the field observation, some profitable conclusion are drew.
