| Security and stability of gravity dam is always the key technique during the dam designing, running and managing. Feilaixia hydropower project of Guangdong province is the last stair flow into plain of Beijiang, which is a comprehensive utilization project that can control flood, ship and generate electricity. This project plays an important role in protect Guangzhou, Qingyuan, Zhujiang delta and many developed areas. In this paper, rigid equilibrium limit method and elastic plasticity finite element method have been adopted to evaluate safety and stability of the dam with floatage drains of Feilaixia Hydropower Project, beside pilot study the monitoring index.The whole paper consists of 9 chapters. In Chapter 1, introduce the basis and meaning of the thesis selected title, summarize the method of research the stability of gravity dam at home and abroad, and list the main content of this paper.In Chapter 2, present the theory of FEM, yield criterion and constitutive relation of concrete. All of this provide the theoretical foundation for following research.In the next chapter, the stress, displacement and safety factor of every dot are analyzed by elastic plasticity finite element method. At the same time, study the anti-sliding stability of the dam base on rigid equilibrium limit method.In the Chapter 4 to Chapter 6, use the material strength reserve method, overloading and synthetically method separately to analyze the stability, failure process and the failure mechanism of the dam, and study the anti-sliding stability of this dam further.In the Chapter 7, in order to investigate the function and invalid influence on reducing seepage pressure of the water-tight screen and drainage pipeline, we study the stress, displacement and stability of the dam when keep the other conditions unchanged, only change the uplift, under normal pool level and up level arrived at the dam crest.In succession, analyzing all of the achievements, set up monitoring index when the dam in local yield, critical failure and destruction condition by regresstion analysis. It is the first time that regress monitoring index according to the process of the dam failure base on a mass of calculate at home and abroad. All of this supply important basis for judge the safety of Feilaixia Hydropower Project.At last, the author summarizes the work that have been done, propounds important idea can be referenced in security management of Feilaixia Hydropower Project, and also put forward the mater in investigation and the work needing further expansion. |
