Most of the dams are located in the valley with complex geological environment.The safety monitoring of the dams and the diagnosis of the health status of the dams have also become the top priority of the staff.The dam monitoring combined with finite element simulation analysis provides a guarantee for the safety of the dams.When calculating the safety factor of the dam,the mechanical parameters of the dam foundation are not accurately grasped,and the calculation method is generalized.This paper studies the common problems of dams.The paper is divided into the following parts:The first part mainly introduces the basic idea of finite element and the theory of parameter inverse analysis,constitutive relation of nonlinear material and so on,which provides the basis for the calculation and analysis of the thesis.The second part is to monitor the dam during the completion period,to obtain the displacement and deformation characteristics of the dam monitoring points,to simulate the dam during the completion period by finite element software,to obtain the variation law of the measured displacement and simulated displacement,to analyze the corresponding force strain data and to establish the constitutive relationship,and to retrieve the elastic modulus of the dam foundation sandstone.Based on the inversion of elastic modulus of dam foundation sandstone,the safety factor K calculated by three finite element methods,and the fracture and weak structure surface of dam bottom were simulated by finite element method.On the basis of the comprehensive method,the comprehensive method is improved,considering the actual situation of first reduction and then overload and the proportion of overload and reduction,the calculation results are conservative.The fourth part mainly uses the finite element analysis software to simulate the four working conditions of the dam.After applying constraints and loads,the stress and strain state of the dam is obtained by analysis and calculation,which provides a reference for the future safety and stability work of the dam.
