At present, the distributed watershed hydrology model is one of the focuses in the hydrology field, which is based on natural physics mechanism. With the fast development of geographical information system (GIS), technology of remote sensing (RS) and the technology of the computer, its application has become reality, and it has embodied stronger advantage than the traditional hydrology model. This paper uses ArcGIS professional geographical information systems software to deal with not only basin DEM, digital soil quality characteristic message and land utilize remote sensing information, but also study on the spatial variability of precipitation, hydrologic analysis, etc. We apply the LL-II distributed basin water circulation model that Professor LiLan established to the Wudinghe River and Huangbohe River in the water resources research. And it has analysed the spatial variability of precipitation of this basin. The paper adopts LL-II distributed water circulation model to calculate daily runoff process in the Wudinghe basin and two reservoirs of the Huangbohe River basin. Its simulation and verification have all reached better result. All those can prove that LL-II model truly reflects water circulation mechanism of basin. The model is suitable for using in the basin of different hydrology characteristic of our country because it is contemporarily referred to different runoff mechanism, for example, the storage model and excessing runoff-producing model. In the Wudinghe River basin, with5 km *5km 's net resolution ratio, the research draws basin geographical ground form message basin, study various kinds of industry, life, water available for ecological purpose in the basin, irrigate the water and all kinds of water and protect the impact on surface flow of facilities, and basin daily runoff simulation. Moreover, In Xibeikou reservoir and Shangjiahe reservoir of the Huangbohe River basin, with 1km *1km and 500m *500m's net resolution ratio, the research draws basin geographical ground form message basin, study effect on downstream reservoirs' runoff from flood control regulation of cascading reservoirs and simulate reservoir daily runoff process. The innovation of this research is that LL-II distributed hydrology model and water resources dynamically distributed model are combined together. On one hand, it confirmnatural water cyclical process and mankind activity influence the water cyclical process under from every space point, establish the inherent quantitative relation of space between every key element of water circulation more scientifically on every fen area and every link , can consider on the basis of space net the inherent distribution that the human activity develops to the water resource in the basin is influenced on the other hand, analyses correctly the development of water resources , industrial and agricultural production , land of the Yellow River Basin utilize change and urbanization etc. and develop to the regional water resource on the influence of the course. In addition, it has successfully applied in the water resources assessment and water resources management in the basin.
