| Reservoir Flood Control System (RFCS) is one of the main research parts of non-engineering measures in flood control. It plays an important role in the whole Flood Precaution Strategy and Decision Support System (FPSDSS), which covers many subjects such as hydrology, aerograph, environment, project management, social economic, system engineering, analysis of risk, communication network, computer application and so on. It is an advanced and cross research project.In this paper, research is done on the ground of production project, and a topic is brought forwards to discuss the integration of RFCS with SOA model and Web Service technology, which will be of great value to constructing nationwide FPSDSS and other systems of relative industry. Morer, a solution is proposed to slove the problems of "Information Island", interoperability among heterogenous systems, etc, which has been successfully applied to production. The main research contents are as follow:DA study on RFCS both at home and in aboard is reviewed, and the difficulties faced and opportunityies brought by new technologies were also given.2) The basic Theories of RFCS are presented, including some common models and methods.3) After the study on the basic Theories and methods of software architecture, the model of SOA and some relative technologies to realize SOA is dicussed .4) Base on the goal of the RFCS , an analysis of system function command was given, the whole architecture and all function modules were also designed on the basis of SOA model and layered services patterns. Further, a full study on the Implementation of all layers is described, as well as some details of principles, strategies and key technologies on service-oriented integration.5) This paper, finally with an example of production project, introduces the application process of integration in RFCS using SOA model and Web Service technology. |
