Research Of Virtual Construction Simulation For Mucking And Material Transporting System In Tunnel

In recent years,ichnographic design is applied in project by CAD and it facilities the engineer to amend the scheme.However,when the scheme has been decided,it is difficult to dispose equipment in the tunnel by rational ways in practice,and the dispatch of the equipment in project must be considered.It is not enough to articulate these problems by ichnography.In this paper,three typical scheme design on mucking and transporting system of tunnel boring machine is studied,and the dispatch of the equipment in project is given.The different the scheme is taken,the different the dispatch of the equipment is. There are two different dispatach scheme of mucking and transporting system by railway:one is set at the beginning,the other is relative with the length of the tunnel by tunnel boring machincAfter the dispatch scheme is made,the responding play of simulation plan is educed.There are two ways about drawing the models by three dimension software: parameterized or not parameterized. Different object is drawn by different way.When a whole model is created,the modle is divided into several parts at first.Then these parts are assembled by kinematic relation among them.According to the function of the model,it and other models are jointed together.At last the geometrical model of the tunnel boring machine is finished.After doing these,these geometrical models of equipment are layed in the virtual environment.When the ambience and the models of other mechanical equipment are created in the virtual environment, they will make up of simulation system by defining logic among them in the software.The modle in the system will have kinematic performance.By the process and rusult of the simulation, the scheme of the project can be amended in man-machine interactive environment.
