Steel bridge occupies an important position in the transportation industry.It has the advantages of simple structure,easy construction and assembly,strong interchangeability,low environmental pollution,and easy maintenance.It is highly praised by the world today.At present,there are problems in the construction and assembly process of steel bridges such as low assembly quality,long assembly cycle,low participation efficiency of all parties,and lack of technical personnel.The hidden safety hazards for the later operation and maintenance of the bridge have seriously hindered the promotion and application of steel bridges.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,this paper uses Virtual Reality technology,taking a bridge project to be built as the research object,constructing a steel bridge construction assembly simulation system and proposing solutions.Firstly,establish a system immersive steel bridge construction scene model.Analyze the system functional requirements,design the overall system architecture,and determine the technical path of system development.The construction environment of the steel bridge site is investigated,the relevant data are collected,and the construction equipment involved in the steel structure bridge is modeled and optimized,and establish an immersive virtual construction scene model of the steel bridge.Secondly,research and design the interactive function of the assembly simulation for the hoisting construction of the steel bridge segment.Using Unity 3D engine components and C#language to study the dynamic parameter simulation of construction cranes in virtual scenes.Analyze the construction technology of steel segment hoisting,use the collision detection technology to complete the hoisting interaction design between the construction crane and the steel segment,and realize the construction crane travel and construction operation in the virtual environment.Research the method of dynamic acquisition of steel segment and construction equipment data during the construction process,and design the user interface(UI)to guide the construction.Then,Study the immersive interactive simulation in the virtual construction scene of steel bridges.Through the establishment of movable areas in the virtual environment,the virtual roaming of personnel in the construction environment is realized.Combining the Steam VR 2.0technology to bind the human-computer interaction action set in the virtual environment,and develop a new method of interaction between virtual rays and UI.Realize the user’s acquisition of the steel segment assembly and component information in the virtual environment,so that the user is more familiar with the construction environment and understands the construction process.Finally,a virtual reality-based steel bridge construction assembly simulation system is developed and case verification is carried out.Set up a system development and test environment and develop system functional modules,publish files to the PC,and complete the development of a virtual reality-based steel structure bridge construction assembly simulation system.Taking a bridge project to be built as the research object,the function simulation of construction crane construction simulation,steel segment hoisting,virtual roaming,UI interaction and data acquisition is used to verify the effectiveness of the immersive virtual reality system. |
