The construction mortar is a kind of widely-used building material. In the construction work, the amount of building mortar is only inferior to the concrete. Conventional building-mortar is usually blent into in the construction local, Which possesses many defects such as low accuracy of mixture ratio, poor stability of quality , contractility of bigness , broad fluctuation of felted strength , anti-penetrability of feebleness , collapse of easiness and etc, These defects will cause lots of engineering quality accidents such as: crack in the wall , swelling, penetration , and collapse. Mortar made in the local is at the cost of wasting natural resources and contaminating environment. There has been a new commercial industry that mortar is mixed at a large scale in advanced country. Commercial mortar is divided into two forms between wet-mortar and dry-mortar. With profits from the success experience of the development of international building mortar , we think about our country's condition, separating the binder from dry-mortar which is called building mortar powder. The building mortar powder has the dry powder mortar and the wet mortar's merits. Moreover it can overcome the shortcoming of high cost. The building mortar powder has the fine technical economic indicator. Therefore, the development of building mortars powder is suits our country's building mortar industrialization production technology route, also is our country architecture industry development tendency.This paper based on orthogonal experimental avenue , building mortar powder is manufactured by local flying ash , the lime, the gypsum, and etc. And formulate optimum mixture program and production technology requirement ; on basis of JCJ70-90, physical mechanics property is quizzed, adopting chemical analysis ,XRD SEM and so on , discuss composition and structure . Finally makes the environment coordination assessment to the building mortar powder through life cycle assessment.the researchable result is that mixture program of building mortar powder :A4B1C2. Considering the technology and economic factor, we determines following three mark building mortar powder.
