With the construction of the cities' high-rise buildings and the national key projects or some on large scale, safety concerning about them during their process of building or running are getting more appreciated. From the deformation observations, the most valuable data and some relevant information about the construction, which can also be used as bases for its designing and maintenance, will be available. This will help to ensure the safety of the construction. So the research on construction deformation monitoring system about its contents, methods, data analysis, hence to get the proper tendency prediction model is indispensable.The construction deformation monitor is more and more importance at home and abroad. The research of deformation surveying and deformation analysis is very popularization aim at different character or type deformation, in order to provide common laws to consult in the future. It is very must to do further systemic research on deformation monitor for some large buildings or construct.The deformation monitor of the building and construction now is one of research hotspot in surveying engineering. On the research of the construction deformation monitoring system, this thesis presents some detailed analyses and conclusions about it. The main points including: the analysis of the reasons causing the construction deformation, theintroduction of the latest studies internal and external and the relevant development tendency about this area; The layout of the system, the basic constituent items, operations, data processing of the observation and the analysis of deformation are also comprised. Combined with a practical example, the operational procedures of the system are discussed especially. By comparison among different models for predicting the trend of deformation, some important views have been given so as to get the optimum choice.
