It is well known that electronic control technology is about to take the place of traditional control technology of mechanism and hydraulic pressure, with the rapid development of itself. And gradually, electronic control technology is extensively applied to internal combustion engine industry. To patulously apply electronic control technology to diesel engine and its assistant devices has been an inevitable tendency, with national import quantity of petroleum rising continuously, for the need of meeting the increasingly rigorous emission rule and improving the economy of fuel. This thesis has made elementary analysis of the cooling and emission system of diesel engine based on reading lots of correlative literature, according to the structures and traits of oil supply system in diesel and such of things about relative research. And based on knowledge of correlative structure and work principle of diesel engine, the thesis has established some mathematical models about cooling and emission system of diesel, analyzed and studied the main parameters, as well as, narrated and demonstrated the heating control project of mixed oil. Thesis has designed one system project for the need of heating blended fuel, combining with the technology of electron, control and computer science used popularly. Considering the performance, characteristic and practical going of the serials of 135 diesels, it has made some analyses and narrations about the control objects, as well as, hardware and software design of control system. The whole system is composed of three parts of signals input, the minimum system of single chip and signals output. During the course of devising, we have considered the relation between the hardware and software, and realized the models of system, with adopting anti-jamming measures. This control project has been approved of feasibility and practicability after experiments on test bench. The system is good of reliability, anti-jamming and expansibility. In the end, the main pictures of control module could be available in the appendix.
