Analysis And Development Of Intelligent Coordinated Control System Based On The Economic Index Restriction

In this paper, the intelligent coordinated control system (ICCS) based on economic index restriction is discussed and developed. Through the mechanism analysis and the data fitting, the non-linear boiler model of the 330MW unit, Dalate Power Plant, is constructed under the condition of the sliding pressure run mode. Then the MIMO controller is design based on the decoupled controller. Through the parameters tuning and the experiments, the new ICCS replaced the Old coordinated control system. A standard unit performance calculation and energy lost analysis system then is introduced, and a new ICCS system structure is optimized, so a closed-loop optimization of the main steam pressure setpoint can introduced into coordinated control system structure. The ICCS introduced has a simple structure, its tuning parameters are normative, the control system dynamic index is good, and it can be fulfill completely with the need of the AGC system.
