First, this paper introduces the basic principles of leading-phase operation,andanalyses and generalizes the static stability of generator and brow leakage simply;Secondly, it uses MATLAB/Simulink simulation software to simulate differently whenthe generator is in leading-phase operation of single-machine and infinite system andmultiple system. Based on the drawings and dates of the simulation,the paper analysesand generalizes the changes of voltage,current,reactive and power angle of thegenerator when the generator is in single-machine and infinite system. To multiple system,First,it seems the unnecessary system as external system and uses Ward equivalence toregard the external system as a voltage source and a resistance so that it changes thesingle-machine and infinite to the multiple system. Then it simulates in the two situationswhen the excitation parameters are constant and change,and analyses and generalizesthe effects of the two situations on voltage, current, angle and static stability of thegenerator.
