It is proved by more and more datum and reports that the indoor environment pollution has already become one of the main reasons for the city crowd diseases. Because a great deal of organic and inorganic materials are used in the building constructing and finishing process plus indoor furniture and other things are added to place, the factors that lead to the indoor environment pollution have become much complicated. These influences to the health of human body have already caused the concern in the global scope. The World Health Organization has listed indoor air pollution as one of five environment factors that badly endanger the public health. Ventilating a house with a self-adapting air constant flow valve (SACFV) is the best approach to control the indoor environment pollution. Therefore, the development of the valve has important significance.In this paper, the theory of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is applied to the structure optimizing and parameter researching of the SACFV, and the three-dimensional numerical emulation model used to describe the airflow distribution characteristics inside the SACFV is established, then, a three-dimensional turbulent flow model and its corresponding numerical calculating method that is applicable to the flow field simulation of the SACFV is put forward, which provides a theoretical foundation for the research on the numerical reappearing of the SACFV.A Computer Aided Engineer (CAE) Analysis System (ANSYS) is adopted to establish a finite element model of the SACFV guide, and the analysis on the statics, the mode, the mode addition method and the harmonic response is performed to attract the natural response frequency that provides a theoretical foundation for the design to avoid the excitationphenomenon caused by the simple harmonic oscillation and its noises.With the software, MoldFlow, a finite element model of the regulating guide in the SACFV is established, and some problems about the melted plastic that is laminar in the cavity are discussed and analyzed, such as the liquidity, the wracking, the injection molding pressure, the molding time, the bath temperature, the air bubble and the molecular orientation and so on. This provides a theoretical foundation for the die designing and the injection molding working.With the three-dimensional CAD software, Pro/ENGINEER, the SACFV is designed and its detail drawings and assembly drawings are plotted.The sprue runner, the cast gate and the dies joint on the regulating guide of the SACFV are designed, furthermore, the die carrier, the side pin and the loose core guide block slip mechanism are designed carefully.Since A model of the SACFV has been made and a test to it finished, It is improved again that the result of the theory research in this paper is correct via the statistics and analysis on the datum collected from the test.
