The Economic Operation Research Of District Cooling VWV System

VWV can reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning system, but the control technology of VWV system is imperfect in China because it is based on the research of foreign countries. The control technology of VWV is not universal in China presently, meanwhile there are many problems in the design and the actual operation, so it needs further research. This paper is based on the VWV system of southern and northern region of a Motor factory in Shanghai, studies the character of DHC VWV system and makes some suggestions about the economic operation of the VWV system.This paper is composed of five sections. Firstly, analyses the energy-saving of VWV system. Secondly, compares the energy consumption between primary and secondary pump VWV system. Thirdly, studies the control technology of VWV system. Fourthly, discusses the operation of different parallel pump in VWV system. Fifthly, makes research on the hydraulic balance of VWV system.
