The hydraulic balance debugging and operation optimization control of central air conditioning water system are two important aspects of air conditioning water system operation.When the central air-conditioning system was first established,because the actual system pipe resistance characteristics did not match the designed system pipe resistance characteristics,it was easy to cause hydraulic imbalances in which the actual flow rate was inconsistent with the design flow rate.In the process of air conditioning system operation,the air conditioning load of each end branch often changes.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the flow rate of each end branch of the real-time water system to make the flow rate of each branch match the changing indoor air conditioning load.Based on the above problems,this thesis studies the hydraulic balance debugging method based on the balancing valve and pump valve linkage operation optimization control method based on neural network,and using MATLAB software to establish the corresponding numerical calculation program.In this thesis,the hydraulic balance debugging and operation optimization of the water system are realized by using the calculation program,and good flow control effect and energy saving optimization effect are achieved.In view of the hydraulic balance debugging of the central air conditioning water system,based on the relevant theory of fluid network analysis,this thesis proposes the hydraulic balance debugging method based on the balance valve.This method uses MATLAB software to compile the corresponding hydraulic balance debugging calculation program,and realizes the quick solution of the opening of each balance valve under the design flow rate.The hydraulic balance debugging method proposed in this thesis is easy to operate and does not need to adjust the valve repeatedly.The hydraulic balance debugging method is applied to the hydraulic balance debugging experiment of the experimental system.It can be seen from the experimental results that in the 9 groups of working conditions set by the single branch loop,the average error of the hydraulic balance debugging method for the flow adjustment of each branch is less than 5%,and the maximum error is less than 10%.In the 9 groups of working conditions set by the dual-branch loop,the average error of the flow rate adjustment of each branch is less than 6%,and the maximum error is less than 14%.It can be seen that the hydraulic balance debugging method can effectively make each branch reach the state of hydraulic balance.Aiming at the operation optimization of central air conditioning water system,this thesis firstly analyzes the principle of pump and valve linkage control in the air conditioning water system.And then establishes a neural network control model which can map the nonlinear relationship among the balance valve opening of each user branch,the input current frequency of the pump and the flow of each user branch.Finally,this thesis uses MATLAB software to develop the calculation program of pump valve linkage optimization control based on neural network,and realizes the calculation of valve opening and pump input current frequency value corresponding to the minimum resistance operation condition under a certain real-time flow.Apply the optimized control method studied in this paper to the established experimental system for operation adjustment experiment.The experimental results show that under the 10 operating conditions set by the two experimental systems,the average value of the flow adjustment error of each branch is less than 6%,the maximum error is less than 15%.Compared with the constant frequency operation of the pump,the energy saving rate of the optimized control method of the pump valve linkage is 31.2% ~58.4% in 10 groups of operation conditions set in the single branch loop experiment.In 10 groups of operation conditions set in the double branch loop experiment,the energy saving rate is 14.3% ~ 58.6%.And the smaller the flow demand of each branch,that is,the lower the load of the air conditioning system,the better the energy saving effect of the pump valve linkage optimization control method.Therefore,it can be seen that the optimized control method can optimize the pipe network resistance and reduce the system operation energy consumption while adjusting the real-time operation flow of each terminal branch.
