This thesis is aimed to discuss and research the human-machine design of the loader's cab.The core research ergonomics should emphasis on good human-machine interface.A reasonable human-machine interface design is important to enhance the worker' operation efficiency, ensuring the worker's comfortabley and healthly. In this article, according to the national and professional related standards, and referring to some design theory of SAE, the foundation design, the key technical, the realization step was system introduced. How to use the ergonomic to realize the human-machine design of loaders cab was exhaustively elaborated. Firstly, the paper proposed the loader's cab development characteristic, Introducd the research situation of the human-machine interface in the domestic and foreign loader factory. Elaborated the goal must be achieved in this thesis. Discussed some essential technologies involved to the human-machine interface design in the second chapter. Secondly, using the eye ellipse theory to the loader cab field of vision performance was researched in the paper, proposed the method based on the eye ellipse field of vision determination and the display board arrangement, these method would be played an important role in alleviating the driver's weariness, guaranting the driver's safety .These method would ahead of time some related examination about the vision in the design progress. All these should reduce the development cycle. And then, depending on the ergonomics principle, the controller in the driver's cab was discussed and some relation scheme was proposed. Afterward, work space about the loader's cab was defined, and the perfect work territory was given .then the work space was divided into two parts, namely, forward workspace and right workspace. The display board and controller were arranged in the appropriate workspace. Finally, the simulation about the spatial arrangement was carried on CATIA soft to realize the human-machine interface' design computerizing. At last, the evaluation factor about the human-machine interface was analyzed. Applicating fuzzy mathematics theory, profitting from the predecessor's research results to establish the loader's cab human-machine interface multi-level synthetic evaluation model, gathered with a minute value substitutes for the membership function. Not only this evaluation model can distinguish the quality on the cab interface, but also it may instruct the cab interface design. This research is based on human-machine interface design for the cab of loaders in applying the theory of economics. It would be futher improved the human-machine interface design of the loader's cab. It may provide with the theory reference, the design reference and the data reference to the cab design of the domestic loaders. it will be positively significant in reducing the loader type exploration cycle, reducing the development cost and advancing the machine added value.
