| Nowadays, the modern vehicle especially the car emphasis on that men is thecenter, and the comfort designing of vehicle is the main content and target to vehicledesigning. Many scholars at home and abroad study the ergonomics of vehiclenowadays. This thesis takes car as the example, and studies the relevant standard ofthe world and the results of scholars, and put forward one suitable math model to theergonomics evaluation of vehicle, and we fulfill the evaluation mission usecomprehensive evaluation method. The main study includes the following aspects.(1) After studying the comprehensive evaluation methods, a novel integratedapproach blending the modified Delphi method,G1method, and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method was proposed. It is characterized with soliciting,synthesizing experts’ judgment, taking into account the fuzzy ofman-machine-environment system. Therefore this approach can be made thecomprehensive evaluation of compatibility of man-machine-environment system invehicle more objectively and scientifically. This provided a theoretical basis and apractical method in order to compare different design schemes. These can be helpedengineers to design and evaluation the compatibility of man-machine-environmentsystem in vehicle ergonomics.(2) Then we study and raise one indexes system of the vehicle ergonomics whichcontains one hundred and five indexes, then we chose the Delphi method toinvestigate it for two times. After calculation and analysis, we ferret out nineteenindexes, and form the final evaluation indexes system to support the evaluationactivities.(3) We study the normal method for indexes determining methods, and use theG1method to investigate and study the evaluation indexes system, and calculate theweight coefficient of each index.(4) We use the C#high-level language and Visual Studio2008ã€SQL server2005 platforms to develop the evaluation system software of vehicle ergonomics whichalgorithm is the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation math model. This system canevaluate the vehicle ergonomics In whole or in part.(5) Finally we evaluate two types of Audi and BYD vehicle use this softwareand analyse their advantages and disadvantages based on the evaluation results tosuggest improvements. This thesis has certain reference value and guide to thedevelopment and design to vehicle especially the car. |
