CNC machine is the core devices of modern equipment manufacturing industry. It measures an important indicator of the country’s industrialization level. Compared with the powerful manufacture country, the performance of domestic CNC machine devices has been no significant difference. But for the study of man-machine interface that has been the weakness of design of China’s machine products. The issue with guidance of ergonomic principles and from the view of "man-machine-environment" system has a study of the man-machine interface for CNC machine devices.First, this paper describes the background and significance of the research. By the design of comparative analysis of domestic and international CNC machine man-machine interface, it has the ideas and methods of subject research. Then, take the man-machine interface design of the most common CNC lathe machine interface as an example, from the operator’s psychological and physiological needs to study the three factors of man-machine systems "people", "CNC lathes" and "operating Environment ", the basic method is obtained for CNC lathe machine interface design. Finally, from the factors of the CNC lathes scale, shape, color, and other ergonomic, the design scheme is given by using three-dimensional design software and evaluated through workshop site survey questionnaire. The main purpose of the research is to make them consistent that the operation interface of CNC machine devices and the characteristics of human psychology and physiology during the job. Without affecting the premise of the technical indicators of CNC machine devices, we can give the operator more emotional care.
