In recent years, the prestressed concrete flat-beam frame structures are widely being used because they can reduce the floor height efficiently, cut down the internal forces of structures caused by seismic effects and save costs. But, the research on this area is insufficient. This paper mainly presents the following aspects: (1)Summarizing the study on the comparision between unbonded prestressed concrete and bonded prestressed concrete, this paper focused on analyzing the differences of seismic behavior of them, including strength, uctility, energy-absorbing capacity, stiffness and destructive mechanism. (2) By carrying out pseudo-dynamic test on unbonded and bonded prestressed concrete flat-beam frame, the dynamic behavior and seismic response were compared and their differences and characteristic were discussed. (3)By using FEA analysis program, time history analysis of elastic-plastic seismic response for structure was carried out in this paper, and the test result was compared in some extent. By the analysis ,some conclusions are drawn as the following: (1) In the pseudo-dynamic test , the damage-accumulation under the seismic load will lead to the change of the stiffness and damping ratio of the frame structure, then proceed to the next step to influence the different response of the structure under seismic. (2) The differences between unbonded prestressed concrete flat-beam frame and bonded prestressed concrete flat-beam frame in seismic response are not obvious. As long as designed reasonably, the seismic behavior and failure state of this frame would not be influenced by the bonded or unbonded. So both of them can be extended and applied in seismic zones. (3) The strength ratio of column versus beam should be increased properly in the prestressed concrete frame structure. (4) It is feasible and effective to use FEA for the elastic-plastic time-history analysis of structure.
