Based on the analysis of the development of Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) and fiber concrete all over the world. According to the actual conditions, the author selected the raw materials of fuzhou, and carried it on the experimental study of the basic mechanical properties of fiber Reactive Powder Concrete .On this basic of them ,the author tested the four types well covers practicality properties and oppointed them applicability( According to the testing result)which were steel fiber RPC/reinforcing steel RPC/steel fiber RPC with reinforcing steel/encasing carbon fiber RPC well covers.The author did the mechanical properties experiments of 46 groups of cubes( 70.7mm) 52 groups of cubes( 100mm) 14 groups of prism specimens (100mm×100mm×300mm)and 14 groups of specimens (40mm×40mm×l60mm) The author also studied how the factors which included the volume fractions of carbon fiber, curing systems(standard curing hot water curing steam curing )impacted the mechanical properties of carbon fiber RPC .The author studied the basic mechanics properties of steel fiber RPC (cubic strength, splitting tensile strength, deformation module, peak strain, Poisson's ration etc.);and analyzed the effect of size on carbon fiber RPC compression strength and splitting tensile strength .The author set up the stressstrain curve ascending for carbon fiber RPC of RPCmeet an emergency curve rise an equation;and analyzed the destruction mechanism of carbon fiber RPC and the fiber enhancement mechanism to RPC,and do the eight fiber(reinforcing steel) well covers,and research its mechanical properties with the static load(the recurrent load) and practicality properties and oppointed them applicability comparing criterion . So the author draws a preliminary conclusion as follow:1. Carbon fibers and polypropylene fibers have obvious effect on improving the compression strength and splitting tensile strength and bending strength of RPC.2. With the increase of the carbon fiber, the mechanical properties of fiber RPC shows certain regularity, and this is correlated with curing system,and theoptimum point of the volume fractions of carbon fiber to improve it axes compression strength is 1.0%.3. An impact on carbon fiber RPC mechanical properties relates to the fact that maintain the system age .The general standard curing the development ability of the strength is greater than hot water curing and steam curing later stage;The steam is maintained , plain RPC and fibre RPC have phenomenon that strength contract with the increase of age;Among them the hot water is maintained to improving the carbon fibre RPC mechanical properties result best.4. Plain RPC presents the obvious fragility while being destroyed , after adding the carbon fibre, the fragility gets no obvious improvement, but the ductility gets obvious improvement.5. The simplified formula about several main basic mechanical properties have been proposed for fiber(carbon fiber n steel fibe^ polypropylene fiber> hybrid fiber) RPC.The result of theories and that of experiments fit well.It can be provided as related research reference and engineering applicability .6. Four type well covers of TS20/FG24/SG20/GG24 have high bearing capacity and rigidity and well social and economic efficiency.They can satisfy the four different ranks papobility and applicability of well cover.7. After adding the steel fiber,the failure mode of FG24/GG24 gets obvious improvement,and present the obvious ductility and wear resistance and shock resistance and fatigue behavior.8. From the experimental study of the recurrent load, we can know that FG24/SG20/GG24 have the high displacement ductility modulus and the high safety space and the good resilience and the small residual deflection. The P-f curve of GG24 with the static load and the skeleton curve of GG24 with the recurrent load fit well. And it has the low energy dissipation.
