The structure and the signal testing and processing's circuit of the wire rope's broken wires Nondestructive testing system were studied systematically. The present situation of the Nondestructive testing technology was discussed, so did the basic knowledge of wire rope. The principle of electromagnetic Nondestructive testing technology, magnetization method and detecting elements were explained in detail. Designing the excitation system, broken wires' detection sensor and signal acquisition circuit, and introducing the signal acquisition chip, meanwhile discussing the anti-jamming of the broken wires' detection sensor, the signal transmission channel and the PCB, and also discussing the sampled data's pretreatment, and so on, in detail. Finally, based on the trait of Windows operating system, using VB as software development platform, combining the data base software of Access, and then compiling the software of the signal processing and the real time monitoring. The research emphasis is the improvement of the excitation system, the design of the sensor's layout scheme, the application of the anti-jamming technique to improve the reliability of the broken wires' signal, the friendly Man-Machine Interface enhanced the man-machine interaction and the signal processing's ability.
