Research On QJZ300 Flame Proof Coal Mine Used Vacuum Magnetic Starter Intelligent Alteration And Realization

Nowdays vacuum magnetic starter is widely and largely used in underground coal mine,which is in charge of turning on or turning off the electromotor and other loads,it is also in charge of protecting itself. It is because of the terrible condition in underground coal mine that the electrical faults occur frequently in underground networks,such as earth leakage,short circuit , overload , phase failure,over-voltage,under-voltage and so on. However,traditional unintelligent control unit have more complicated protect circuit result in the phenomenon of rejective and false action. A novel and coal mine used vacuum magnetic starter control unit has been developed in detail based on PIC16F877A in virtue of the rebuild of QJZ300 flame proof intelligent vacuum magnetic starter of Kailuan QianJiaying Mine.It is firstly introduce the national and the international development state of vacuum magnetic starter and analysis its existent faults.Secondly, the only way to research high-powered and intelligent control unit is analysed.Thirdly,hardware design,software design and anti-jamming design are introduced in detail.Finally lab experiment and locale experiment are introduced,some excellent conclusion have been made at last.
