| In coal mine power supply, as the poor downhole work environment, the humid air, load fluctuations, the electrical equipment and electrical wiring insulation is prone to aging, thereby causes earth leakage, short circuit, overload, phase failure, over-voltage, under-voltage and so on. If not promptly discovered and disposed of in time, will result in serious accidents.Referres to mature experiences and materials about micro processor-based protection which is collected widely, an intelligent way to apply to running of comprehensive machinery of electrical equipment underground, which integrates protection, control, display, arrangement and communication, is gived.the studying works are carried out as following:First, the paper reviewed the developing histories of the synthesis protection and intelligent control technology in the domestic and foreign field .Then its existed questions are pointed out. According to the underground LV distribution networks actual situation, theoretically analyzes the mine underground LV distribution networks common breakdown characteristic, and relevant protective principles and control strategies are proposed on the basis of national relative standards. Finally, a novel and coal mine used vacuum magnetic starter control unit has been designed in detail based on TMS320LF2407A, which performs the functions of short circuit, overload, phase failure, over-voltage, under-voltage, leak lock and so on.The hardware, software and anti-jamming design of the digital control system is dissertated in detail. The knowledge on TMS320LF2407A is introduced and why to select it is discussed. The hardware design first expounds the whole design. Then some important electronic components are analyzed emphatically. The software design also fast expounds the whole design. Then a few primary sub routines are expatiated and some problems on software realization are dissertated. The interference sources and features of interference signals in industrial environment are discussed .anti-interference measures by use of hardware and software are taken to eliminate interference signals in this thesis. Last the experiment results of the system are given. The experiments show that the system has expected good performance and reliability. |
