With the QMS extensive application in our native enterprises, their information intergrative level has improved step by step. The measurement technology, which is an important part in the manufacture field, is also increasingly striding forward to intelligentize, digitize and integrate. The coordinate measuring technology is an advanced inspection technology in the dimensional measuring field, breaks a new way to the model measurement, and has gained the extensive application in the manufacturing field. DMIS, which is an industry standard and developed for the dimension measurement technology, implements bidirectional information communication between the dimensional measuring equipments and computer systems, and accords with the modern measuring technology digital and network developing direction. DMIS uniforms the dimensional measuring data format. This is convenient for constructing modern integrative measuring system, implements quality information system and should accelerate deeper development and perfection of the coordinate measuring technology.This thesis starts at the DMIS study. Its object is DMIS standardization of the MECT measuring software, which implements the coordinate measuring technology. The application study of DMIS to the coordinate measuring technology is done. Firstly, studing roundly of DMIS and analyzing of DMIS architecture have been done. Secondly, combining MECT measuring software, the coordinate measuring technology is analyzed. Using the research method of the similarities and differences, based on the detailed comparing the similarities and differences between DMIS and MECT, the design of MECT software DMIS standardization is put forward. Thirdly, using the basic theory and method of compiling technology, based on OOP theory, the software interface of bidirectional communication between DMIS and MECT is implemented. Lastly, using software-testing method, the basic software testing is applied to the software interface. The debugging which combines the software interface with MECT and CMM is done. The given example is used to validate the interface function.It is showed by practice that, this thesis implemented DMIS standardization of MECT.This may use for reference to DMIS standardization of other dimensional measuring software. The measuring technology standardization may ensure measuring system digital and integration, has advantage for constructing modern enterprise CIMS.
