In this paper, the way of presition 3D coordinate measurement is finished, by digital close range industrial photogrammetry technology. Existing coordinate measurement and digital close range industrial photogrammetry technology are analyzed, and the way to applicate digital close range industrial photogrammetry technology in large scale is researched, it overcomes the problem that the traditional CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) can`t measure on field. The paper analyze the principle of OCMM (Optical Coordinate Measuring Machine) in detail according to digital close range industrial photogrammetry, design the system for request, moreover, wireless Bluetooth communication technology is in use in the system, so that OCMM won`t be confined by complication of surrounding on field, the characteristics and the application in communication interface of OCMM are researched in this paper. The configuration of the system is compact, convenient to take, easy to handle on filed, the precision can accord with the request of measuring on filed proved by experiment.The main works of this paper are summarized as follows:1. Analyze some precision 3D coordinate measuring and digital close range industrial photogrammetry technology, for the application of large scale, and each characteristics is researched and compared in the paper, the meaning of this thesis is gived.2. According to the request, the sample of OCMM has been finished, and the precision fits the request.3. Analyze the measuring principle of OCMM and the maths model of general coordinate measuring, the calibration of the OCMM is researched.4. CCD and the characteristics of target are analyzed, and do some researches and experiments for each characteristics. The center localization reaches 0.05 pixels by the subpixel arithmetic.5. The interface between target and computer is designed by wireless Bluetooth communication module, analyze the difficulte of the design and give the reasonable project of software and hardware.
