As nearly 30 years developed a new type of highly efficient precision measuring instruments, coordinate measuring machine has been widely used in machinery manufacturing, electronics, automotive and aerospace and other industries. It may carry on the components and part's size, the shape and the relative position survey and the examination. One primary step of the engineering is the collection of three-dimensional data of the part's surface.In three-coordinate measurement, the rationality of the measuring path has much to do with the measuring precision, efficiency and the results. This article unifies the research present situation, both from the domestic and foreign, introduces, several common measuring techniques and selection principle of the survey way, discusses the coordinate conversion of measuring data.The main work in the dissertation is arranged as follows:1,The paper analyzes the system error of non-contact CMM. Its system error mainly roots in the geometric error of the CMM system. Through the coordinate transformation, error of tilt has been solved, which exists because of the processes and the imperfect installment.2,In order to further improve measuring efficiency and precision, this paper study measurement speed of the laser measurement head, put forward the calculation method of maximum scanning speed.In this article,the control principle and realization scheme of the dynamic adjustment of the scanning velocity and moveing velocity.3,By analyzing the measurement method of the part's surface, scanning control module in the software is designed in detail, including the design of scanning pattern for the different parts.Finally, main results and conclusions of this dissertation have been summarized; the prospects and study emphases of the future research work have been discussed and forecast.
