Atuomobile ABS Hardware-In-Loop Simulator System Based On ADAMS

The ABS hardware-in-loop simulator is an important measure in ABS product developing procedure. Utilizing its accurate simulation of the braked vehicle's movement under various road conditions, we make it possible to test the performance of ABS in laboratory. With the simulation system, part of the road test can be reduced and thus the developing period can be shortened and the cost saved.Keeping production of internal and overseas research for reference and adopting view of myself, the author of this thesis has design a set of ABS hardware-in-loop simulator system bench and has made technical reservation for the localization and self-developing of the ABS systems in a factual condition.15DOF vehicle model and ABS control model is built in ADAMS and Simulink for integrating a set of whole ABS hardware-in-loop simulator system bench. Basing on Matlab/Simulink development environment, vehicle model is transferred to Simulink and connected with ABS control model without let or hindrance. Then, vehicle model and ABS control model have combined to make an offline simulator system. In the course of offline simulation, according to the degree of matching, the technical parameter of ABS control model obtains satisfying effect by debugging it. I/O interface board and ABS hardware controller circuit schematic diagram has been designed in this paper. Then, according to the circuit diagram, the author of this thesis has designed corresponding PCB circuit diagram and makes preparations for making hardware circuit board. I/O interface board and ABS hardware controller have been produced. And ABS control model which has been built in figure modeling is generated C code can run on PC hardware and optimized by RTW software. Then, C code will be downloaded to ABS hardware controller and it will be debugged by emulator. With a medium for Matlab/Simulink and PC serial interface, vehicle model in computer, I/O interface circuit board and ABS controller have combined a set of ABS hardware-in-loop simulator system bench.
