EFI System with FAI has gained high appraisement of the authority. So, toquicken its production on a large scale and ensure the quality of its main parts, theauthor have researched and developed correlative testing systems by analyzing thestructure, function and characteristic of its main parts. And the description ofthese systems can be obtained in this thesis.The thesis mainly expatiates three testing systems: a testing and inspectionsystem of the throttle body assembly, a testing system of the injector, a testingsystem of the oxygen sensor. Firstly, during the research of the testing andinspection system of the throttle body assembly, the aerodynamics is used ,thecontrolling strategy and communication protocol of ECU are contacted foracquiring and transferring data. Furthermore, in view of the real driving instanceof motorcycle, it is important that librating and lasting simulative tests areperformed. Secondly, as for the research of the testing system of the injector, thecondition is more complicated. When MCU is used for controlling the drivinginjector and acquiring data, external and internal intruder must be taken intoaccount. Then corresponding counteractive measures will be searched after andtaken. About the programming of host computer with VB, the convenientcommunication between computer and user should be supplied. And the demandthat a host computer controls several MCU by obeying a rigorous timing ordermust be met. Surely, the following question that complicated communicationprotocol and communications between several MCU and a host computer have tobe solved. Moreover, the security is necessary, too. The last, as far as the testingsystem of the oxygen sensor is considered, simple testing mode is preferredbecause the exhaust gas of motorcycle is difficultly simulated completely.However, many aspects are still referred, such as a host computer controllingseveral MCU, acquiring and transferring data, multi-MCU communication,programming of host computer with VB (disposing, displaying and memorizingdata), the visualization interface between user and the system, security and lowconsumption and so on.The result of experiment indicates that the three testing systems meetabsolutely the manufacturing demand and have been used in workshop, whichsupply important guarantee for mass-production of motorcycle EFI system withFAI.
