| Chinese understanding system oriented the field of mechanical design has the ability to understand the tasks and requirements of design,and support the requirements analysis and conceptual design in the prophase of the product design.This paper has designed and implemented the event-noun knowledge base of ontology, in order to improve the performance and efficiency of this system. Firstly,the present research on the natural language understanding system based knowledge and the semantic analysis of the event-noun,the knowledge representation,the semantic analysis theory ,and the Chinese semantic knowledge are introduced together with the foundation of knowledge base and the theory of ontology.Then, according to the ontology model, the ontology of event-noun is designed from the semantic properties of nouns and verbs. Fact knowledge is organized through the ontologies of conceptual dependency trees, semantic nouns, and semantic verbs;Rule knowledge through rules of semantic analysis of nouns and verbs. Those two aspects of knowledge are formalized in DAOK,which constitute the event-noun knowledge base of ontology. Finally, the semantic analysis modules of nouns and verbs in the Chinese understanding system oriented mechanical design,combining with others, have fulfilled the understanding of the tasks and requirements of design .The performance of this has achieved the result expected after the example of mechanical transmission. |
