The fast development of computer technology has brought convenient to us, but at the same time , it has also brought more challenges. In engineering domain, computer technology has been used in everywhere. How better use computer and let it serve us become the new research problem. In product design, it has the same problem. In past product design, we depended on handwork design and man-made analysis mostly. Like this, not only the speed is slow, but also couldn't catch up with the speed of market change. In view of this kind of situation, this article analyze the group quantum noun concept in-depth in allusion to the conception of relation which appears frequently in view of the project domain of overall and partial. At the same time, analyzed this conception and hope this could supply more support to the future design.This article according to the characteristic of natural language understanding in designs domain and computer-aided design research present situation, the method based on knowledge was chosen as the main technique to understand restrictive Chinese. through analysis and compares of several existing semantic analysis method present, established the fitted knowledge representation structure——Conceptual dependency trees knowledge representation system. And in view of the relation of overall and partial in domain, adopted relation analysis way in ontology and analyze the conception of group quantum noun. Based on this, sorted and introduced the group relation which could exported group quantum noun concept. At the same time, in view of the characters of group noun, put forward the concept of group identifier word which could exported group relation and sorted it. At last, analyzed the process that ordinal word which in group identifier word exported group quantum noun and produced processing flow and programme. semantic analysis of natural language understanding is applied to requirement analysis archetypal system for the design of bearings. The noun phrase in user requirements is understood and analyzed. With other models running, the system runs well after debugging.
