With the introduction of the concept of "Digital City" and improve the increasingdemand for pipeline data quality and the pipeline of knowledge sharing. Knowledge inherentin the urban underground pipeline that geographical knowledge in the field there are variousthe pipeline kinds of industry knowledge, and storage of pipeline expertise and industryknowledge of the different pipelines variety of style and expression, which to theknowledge-sharing withto certain difficulties. Careful analysis of the existing pipeline ofknowledge representation, not the concept extension is too small on the pipeline is not perfectknowledge representation, generally speaking that is, knowledge can be expanded, interactive.Meanwhile, in order to make timely and accurate analysis of pipeline data, pipeline dataaccuracy and quality with the new requirements, the existing pipeline data checking methodsthe existence of the pipeline rules inconvenient to add, is not flexible enough pipeline tocheck the efficiency of pipeline inspectionno disadvantages. So, how can the sharing andreuse of urban underground pipeline knowledge, efficient pipeline data check problems to besolved.This article in order to meet the reuse pipeline knowledge sharing, the demand forefficient data checking, combined with knowledge representation based on knowledge ofgeography and pipeline areas of knowledge, the use of ontology to build the undergroundpipeline ontology knowledge base, and on this basis, the ontology for the inspection ofpipeline datareasoning. Mainly two aspects of the work:(1)Builded the ontology knowledge base of the urban underground pipeline.On thebasis of the pipeline industry standards and graphics standards, from the urban undergroundpipeline element model, the geometric model and spatial model research pipeline elementsencoded, gives the legend, the definition of pipeline semantic level ontology model. UseProtégé to study how to build a city underground pipelines geographic ontology, and usingOWL its formal expression. Study how to build the SWRL rules of underground pipelinesrules according industry standards and rules. The basis of geographic ontology in the urbanunderground pipeline to(2)The application is that ontology reasoning server to do urban underground pipeline data validation.Underground pipeline Knowledge Base on the city architecture and ontologyknowledge base storage. How urban underground pipeline geographic ontology knowledgebase and rule base and the legend library use ontology reasoning, intelligent calibration ofunderground pipeline data entry data.
