And the LonWorks, with its complete protocols, diversity of net topology structure and strong ability in network communication, excels in the fieldbus field.First, this paper detailed dissertates the technology of LON. In conformity to designing the intelligent node, it introduces the core technology of LonWorks, including Neuron Chip, firmware of Neuron Chip, software of Neuron C and development tools.The paper introduces a engine room monitoring system based on LonWorks fieldbus, the system consists of two parts: the field control rank, the upper control and supervising rank. It includes the LON general intelligent node and the upper control and supervising configuration platform. The paper recounts the process of hardware designing and software development based on the LonWorks fieldbus control network. It introduces hardware designing and software programming of LON general intelligent nodes, include the hardware design of analogy I/O node and digital I/O node, and the software development of application. The development of HMI based on the InTouch. Using the LNS DDE Server, the field control rank communicates with the HMI.To supply much easier maintenance and configuration to the monitor system, a design method of the system software based on database technology is presented in this dissertation. All process parameters in the monitor and control system are managed by the databases. Some universal display modules are designed for the monitor software.At present, most of marine control system is distributed control system. With the increasing of marine control objects, it is not able to fit the complicated objects. Appling the LonWorks fieldbus into marine control system may separate and simplify the control objects and improve the system's reliability. |
