Based On Lonworks Fieldbus Power Parameters Of Remote Monitoring Systems

With development of micro-electronics , computer and communication technology, power-automation technology and Field-Bus technology have also been developed greatly, it is a trend that power-automation will be combined with Field-Bus. In the background of actual power-parameter measurement task, this paper adopts advanced energy chip technology and does some researches about power-parameter remote watching and control system based on LonWorks Field-Bus technology. A power remote terminal unit (RTU) EU2502 is developed and realized the detecting of power-parameter based on LON network.This paper firstly introduced the significance of power-parameter detecting in power system , development survey of international and domestic RTU and feature comparison and analysis of some usual Field-Bus. Using LonWorks Field-Bus technology in power automation has huge advantage and will be a mainstream .The SA9904B,produced by SAMES company, is a three phase bi-directional energy/power chip and completes the measurement of RMS voltage , RMS current, powe, energy , power factor and frequency as the kernel of detecting unit. In the basis of introducing inner structure and measurement circuit of SA9904B chip, theory way and actual calculation formula of power-parameter measurement is introduced in detail, and do a analysis of measurement error in theory and makes a proper error emendation. Actual testing result indicates that the equipment meets measurement precision of design.The whole system is designed seven modules in hardware and six modules in software. The remote communication is a main function in the system. In this paper, work way and protocol of neuron chip is presented in detail and gives a way of program about network variables and explicit message. The system is intelligent node, connected with LON network through neuron chip and transceiver, and is configured with LonBuilder tool. In the end the testing way of network data in introduced.
