Research On The Thermal Power Plant Operation Optimization Value Determining Based On Association Rule

With Chinese national economy's rapid development, energy source economizing has become the most urgent problem. Electric power industry is major custom of energy consumption, so how to raise economy of the thermal power, monitor units' economical performance and optimize operation online has important meaning. Determining key parameters' optimization values is a major step of operation optimizing in the thermal power plant. It is the bridge of performance calculation and deviation analysis of units. To study key parameters' optimization values and use association rule algorithm to determine them is a deserved subject. This paper consists of the following main contents:Operation optimization value determining issue is studied in this paper systematically. This paper introduces the definition and its function in operation optimization. Methods of optimization value determining have been discussed in particular. Operation optimal value method is the considered as the research destination.Association rule algorithm is studied deeply in this paper. The paper introduces the basic conception of association rule and studies the classical algorithm, Apriori. Especially using Apriori to mine the multi-dimension association rules has been studied. The famous data mining tool, Clementine 8.1, has been introduced in particularly.The approach of using association rule algorithm to determine the optimization value is presented in this paper. This paper has analysis the association relation of the power plant data. The paper presents the idea of using association rule algorithm to determine the optimization value and designs the procedures of data mining. By the complete experiment this paper introduces the operation optimization value determining of the main steam press in detail. Advantages of the method are overviewed and its physical meanings are presented.Optimization values determined by using association rule algorithm are the operation optimal values. The approach presented in the paper has quite practical meaning and deserved to be studied and used widely in future.
