Analysis And Forecasting Of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) In Design For Cost (DFC)

The researches on how to estimate cost during design stage are important because the cost is becoming the key factor among time, cost and quality which determine the competitive performance of products. There are a lot of methods to reduce cost of product, for instance enterprise's products cost accounting, etc., but it is the most effective to lower costs at design the stage. Studies have suggested, though the actual input expenses of design phase only account for 5% of the total cost of the product, but has determined 70% - 80% Cost of product. How accurate estimation offer cost of product and design lowered costs effectively to put forward revise scheme cost research difficult point of problem in initial stage of product design. On the basis of analysis of the related literature at home and abroad, the following contents are studied.LCC of the products is studied at the design stage.
